saturday morning with the easiest pancakes ever!

Wish you all have had an amazing weekend! 🙂 As for me a bit busy getting used to be back in England and be back in Uni! Give me a couple more days and I will settle (until next destiny of course! 😉 hehe)

This morning I woke up (ok.. this afternoon!) and I decided to do some pancakes for breakfast or whatever is called the meal you do at 2.30 in the afternoon. But this time I decided to try not just any pancakes, but the simplest pancakes you can possible do! The recipe was given to me by a friend of mine and all you need is (per person):

– 2 eggs

– 1 banana

Smash the banana and mix it with the beaten eggs and it’s ready to put in the frying pan. Let them fry and flip them around and it’s done! Dead easy! And the taste pretty nice with fruit, chocolate, whatever you like just like normal pancakes only easier and much healthier! 😉

Have a wonderful weekend and don’t forget to treat yourself! 🙂
