Healthy Smoothie Breakfast

Lately I am looking for the healthiest options, I believe we are what we eat and even though that every once in a while eating some junk food feels good, being healthy feels great! I have been on a healthy diet for about 20 days now and it feels great! Here is one of the recipes I have just became a fan of – Red berries smoothie, delicious!

So all you need is:

– 250 g frozen red berries

– 1tsp honey

– 160 g natural low fat yoghurt

– 1tsp light raspberry jam

In a blender mix it all together and if you think it is too solid add some unsweetened almond milk (I personally like it more solid but totally up to you!)
