Roasted Vegetables

In pretty much every meal I have I enjoy to have some vegetables with it but it gets boring to eat it always in the same way! So I decided to put them in a tray and take them to the oven instead of always cook them. It is so simple and it gives a lot of flavor to the vegetables! What I did was out some Brussels Sprouts and some carrots in a tray and then sprinkle with salt, pepper, oregano and garlic powder. Poured some olive oil on top and gave it a little stir. Then I took it to the oven for about 15 minutes at the temperature of 190ºC (the time will depend on how raw or cooked you like them).. and voilá!

IMG_3045IMG_3047Simple and a delicious way of eating veggies! I’ve tried already it with Brussels sprouts, carrots, zucchini, mushrooms and broccoli! So by now I dare to say it pretty much works with any veggie you like! The one I would say doesn’t work so well is zucchini because it is a bit juicy, but it still taste good!
