Dinner from Home


Tonight dinner was a quick tuna (brought from Portugal – so delicious!) salad with boiled egg, Brussels sprouts, zucchini and green beans. For seasoning I added some olive oil, oregano, garlic, parsley, salt and pepper.IMG_1212 IMG_1216To complete my salad I made so grilled dumplings, never tried before but it turns out very tasty! I always used to boiled them in salty water but by putting them in a grill with some olive oil and seasoning for taste I found a pretty simple and delicious idea to make dumplings!
