Vegetables Scramble


Healthy, delicious and easy to make! This Vegetables Scramble recipe is a great idea to eat on its own or as a side to go with something else! 


10 Big Mushrooms

2 Carrots

1 Broccoli

8 Asparagus

2 eggs and 4 egg yolk 

Cheese to sprinkle on top

Salt, Pepper, Oregano, Coriander and Garlic for seasoning


Mix the eggs and the egg yolks and then add all the vegetables (all previously small size sliced). Add the seasonings in the quantity you like.

Put it in a folded tray and take it to a pre-heat oven for about 15-20 minutes.

I personally had mini with veggie burgers, lettuce and something I just tired new also – Gnocchi – if you are like me and don’t care much for pasta try this, tasty, easy and quick to make! 


 Just heat a pan with some olive oil and then pour the gnocchi in with some pepper, salt, garlic and oregano until it turns gold and it is ready to serve!

    • And it is so simple to make! Since I don’t always have the time I just make a whole quiche and it last me for a couple meals, just add it yesterday! 🙂 it is very yummy! 😀 hehe you should try it! 😀
