Morning breakfast was a little Brazilian with this recipe of cheesy breads that go just great with pretty much anything you may wanna put in or just by itself!

1. Whisk the milk, oil and salt together in a pan and take it to medium heat until it boils. / Mistura-se o leite, óleo e sal numa panela e leva-se ao lume até ferver.

2. Remove it and mix it with and package of cassava starch.

3. Let it cool down. / Deixa-se arrefecer.

4. Once it is cold, add the eggs and finally the cheese.

5. Make small balls with your hand and put it in a bake sheet. Take it to the oven at 200ºC for about 14 minutes or until it looks orange on the top.
